Since I was very young, I have always been a storyteller. I participated in theater classes and have been an avid reader throughout my life.

I studied language and literature in college, and began writing professionally when my daughter was born in 2011. A local friend who happened to be a project manager for an online marketing company began giving me small writing assignments along with lots of good critiques and  direction. What began as additional income while I navigated life as a mom has since become my career, and I owe her and a number of other mentors from my life a great deal of gratitude.

In addition to content writing, I have also worked as a project manager for a vehicle branding company and as a printing and mailing coordinator for a software company specializing in financial solutions for the public sector.
